I’m Adrian, one of the co-founders here. I’ve been building application that solves real world problems for 20 plus years.
I wish I could credit a spark of genius, or some deep insight. But I can’t. Truth is, I got frustrated with replacing the water filter in my fridge. After fumbling through pages of a dense, poorly organized manual and scouring the internet for a solution, I found myself frustrated and annoyed. I moved on.
Months passed and I found myself in a Hospital in Bangkok at 3am with food poisoning. Imagine having to wait 30 minutes on a line with your credit card provider to check on your travel insurance coverage and claims procedure. Yeah, not fun. It was then that I thought: there has to be a better way.
My co-founders and I, all having experienced similar frustrations, gathered to brainstorm a solution. We pictured a tool that could provide immediate, reliable support without the hassle of traditional troubleshooting methods. Thus, Askbud was born.
Askbud is designed to eliminate the stress and wasted time associated with looking up product and service information.
